Chat messages — stored to enable real-time collaboration
Files and attachments — stored temporarily for better experience
Usage data — how you use the app

3. File & Attachment Storage

📁 Files are stored temporarily within our secure system only to improve your experience — so you can find them in the Files tab. No file data is ever taken outside our system or shared with third parties. Files are auto-deleted when a Knock expires on free plan.

4. AI Training & Data Usage

As a free user, anonymised data may be used to improve our AI features. We never use your personal identity or share raw data. To opt out, email support@getsampoorn.com or upgrade to Pro.

5. Data Security
